It's with much shock and sadness that I relay the tragic news that MTV executive Gabriel Ben-Meir, 30, was shot dead by a gunshot wound outside his Los Angeles house over the weekend. Police are currently searching for leads in the killing. More information can be found via the LA Times coverage:
MTV music coordinator found shot to death in Mid-Wilshire district
Police were trying to determine a motive Monday in the execution-style slaying of a 30-year-old man who worked as an MTV musical coordinator, whose body was discovered on a sidewalk in the Mid-Wilshire district.
