None of the deeds depicted here are all that dirty — except for maybe picking up a quarter from a filthy snowbank — but they are certainly cheap. Sniper Twins do it it Lo-fi, old-school, frugal style in this clip, using a mix of cameras, effects and set-ups. All as cheap as can be.
