Skylar Grey clearly knows that there's something not to be trusted about her boyfriend and their camping trip, while the camera and its attached light strains to illuminate that truth.
This b/w video for The Neighbourhood has the vibe of a hip fashion spot, showcasing the band on the Santa Monica coast as the sun dips into the sea. Once night comes we get a change in sound and image, as shadowplay and a projection screen come into play, but everything remains effortlessly cool.

Pastel colors pop as Hayley Williams and her Paramore cohorts get happy in a mansion that looks like it was designed by a dollhouse aficionado. It's beautiful outside, but a mess inside. At least she still looks beautiful. A still sultry Lana Del Rey mourns her lover, pondering whether she should join her at every potential jumping point. Don't do it, LDR. --> watch "Summertime Sadness"
Modern-day Hollywood, with all its seedy charm, is still decent enough for a transplant from the Old Wild West to ramble through town and pick up a lady to join him on his ride. Giddy up. --> watch "Hollywood"
As a child of the '70s, I think sci-fi should look fake, cheap and ridiculous(ly awesome). I think Josh Forbes agrees. (And on a related note, I think George Lucas must be stopped before he starts digitally removing sideburns from Star Wars). --> watch "Save World, Get Girl"
