Celebrated music video director F. Gary Gray returns to the small screen for the eagerly awaited comeback clip from rap star Jay-Z.  Since directing his last video, OutKast's "Ms. Jackson" in 2001, Gray has directed a string of hit films, including The Italian Job and Be Cool.
