I've seen a lot of music video. A lot. So many that someone should study my brain to see what the effects are from a 20 year onslaught of quick cuts and ADD randomness. And I think I can say with a fair amount of certainty that "Hell" is the weirdest music video I've ever seen, an homage to hairdressing, religious cults, meat and meat by-products.

Fun probably true facts from director Natasha Cantwell:

• "Hell" was shot on 16mm (the creepiest of film formats)
• His day job is a hairdresser
• The video was shot at Melbourne's Merri Creek, where cast and crew had to contend with deadly snakes and attacking magpies
