WATCH IT: Ben Harper "Lay There & Hate Me" (James Frost, dir.)
Director James Frost applies some retro psychedelia to this similarly retro, blues-inflected psychedelic groover from Ben Harper & Relentless7. Some of the imagery brings to mind the album cover of the first Doors album, while other bits — especially the duplicated projections of a surely duplicitous woman — could have been pulled from a James Bond title sequence.
