Can "One Pound Fish" replace "Gangnam Style" now that PSY has waved the white flag on flogging that massive hit? The One Pound Fish Man is off to a good start — 11 million views in just a few weeks — and even if it flames out soon: It's pretty damn impressive for an actual London fishmonger who got in this position thanks to a an earlier web video of his catchy jingle.
