I'm pretty sure that mysterious orb is actually a close-up shot of a cantaloupe, which could easily be spun into a joke about what else is on display in this NSFW video. That said, the cinematography is gorgous b/w, there are portraitures of flowers, with the nude depictions all silvery — a lovely touch that reminds me of some Hype Williams videos — so, even though this is likely not appropriate for public viewing, it's not showing you anything that's not naturally pretty.
