Whenever any asks me for the most shocking/violent/NSFW video ever, I usually recommend Nine Inch Nails "Happiness In Slavery," since penis torture tends to be universally unconfortable.

There's been good versions of it online, but Trent Reznor provides something even better: The full, unedited short film 1993 Broken, directed by Peter Christopherson and feauting videos for every song  off the Nine Inch Nails EP of the same name.

Trent's warning that it contains extreme violent and sexual content is no understatement. This video plays more like a snuff film than a music video montage that's designed to trigger a response.
