Metallica is the biggest of the big - so a concert movie in both IMAX and 3D is the perfect, larger than life presentation for the band. The latest trailer out of Comic Con reveals that James, Lars and their therapists have actually gone full 'Song Remains the Same' with the fantastic narrative of a roadie named Trip, a late night street riot and magical, whip-wielding black knight. This is band that clearly knows their audience.
Doug Stern writes music video treatments and will brind his D&D group to the first screening of this film.
