Drake "Hold On (We're Going Home)" (Bill Pope, dir.)

The Miami Vice vibe is purely intentional as Drake and his posse (including A$AP Rocky) live out an action-adventure fantasy where they go guns a'blazing to rescue his girl from an evil mobster. It's an unironic detour into classic video set-ups, but done by two people with the skills to pull it off : Bill Pope directs — he previously co-directed Metallica "One" and won a cinematography Moonman for Sting "We'll Be Together," but is best known as a DP for little movies like The Matrix Trilogy, Spider Man 2/3, Scott Pilgrim and way more — and his wife Sharon Oreck, who literally wrote the book on video producing, co-produces.
