NYC-based singer-songwriter Chris Riffle's music video for "Nothing But The Waves" is from his most recent album, Out of Town. Originally from Washington state, Riffle has been known for his mellow folk yet cinematic sound with subtle electric guitar and bass woven in. His songs are honest, delicate and speak to people's emotions. He has collaborated with members of The Mars Volta, Ollabelle and Antony and the Johnsons and has opened for Death Cab for a Cutie. Fans of Elliott Smith, Nick Drake or Sufjan Stevens will immediately identify with Riffle.
