Stállu is a Sami monster kind of creature who loves shiny stuff like silver and hunt for children. The idea was to create an urban dancing stállu, who is the child of a stállu and a human.
Both director Egil Pedersen and Slincraze are Sami, they come from far up in Norway. This is their third video together where they mix absurd visual ideas and powerful rap music.
About the track:
The track Stállu (troll) is about being hated and disliked by society because of your opinions. To be excluded if you talk about subjects that are unpopular, that people don´t want to discuss but rather sweep under the carpet. In this case Stállu also a symbol of being a rebel, and not following the herd.
