A disorienting opening shot sets the tone for thise clever twist on an "on the road" video from directing duo Rob & Rob for Josh Kumra. --> watch "Waiting For You"
Can Valley Girls HAIM pick and roll their way into your heart? Not only do they have the hoops skills to best some dudes in a three-on-three basketball game, they also know how to bust casually synchronized dance moves that may not make Beyonce jealous, but should make the indie boys swoon. Director Austin Peters carries that b-boy/b-girl homage to a florescent rig that looks like the hooptie version of a golden age Bad Boy video light show. --> "Don't Save Me"
If you like scantily-clad hotties with giraffe heads, well, Cee-Lo Green is your Santa Claus, flying his magical dirigible to bring strange cheer all across the globe. The idisosyncratic pop star kicks off a trippy Holiday Season with"This Christmas" a video that splits the difference between a bizarro making-of and an even more bizarro snowglobe of oddities. Consider it perfect viewing if/when you're the last one up on Christmas Eve and on your nth glass of Egg Nog. --> watch "This Christmas"
You didn't think an English electronic band like Hot Chip would play Madden on their tour bus, did you? Football is Soccer for these blokes and their custom video game concentrates more on the drama than the sport, before rocketing into outerspace (literally) and some passionate gameplay that takes sportsmanship to a new level. --> watch "Don't Deny Your Heart"

Little did we know when we posted a video called "Gangnam Style" back in July. Heck, we didn't even know that Park Jae Sang went by the name PSY (and it wasn't until they said his name on the VMAs that we realized PSY was not to pronounced as an acronym). Even at that point the video had many millions of views, although merely a fraction of where it is now.
PSY "Gangnam Style" just became the most viewed video of all time on YouTube with well over 800 million views worldwide.
"It's Thanksgiving" comes from the mad geniuses behind "Friday," introducing the world to pre-teen non-singer Nicole Westbrook.
My favorite part is how her eyes are closed in the YouTube screen shot. That's how confident they are about this being undeniable. And being that it's over 10 million views with Thanksgiving and the holiday season just kicking off? They may be onto something.
