Zedd f/ Hayley Williams "Stay The Night" (Daniel Cloud Campos, dir.)

Paramore's Hayley Williams has played this role for hip-hop before — see Airplanes, B.O.B. — so it's not a surprise to see her ushering an EDM artist into the anthemic stratosphere. While both Zedd and Hayley are in the video, the real stars are the dancers who perform an elaborate choreographed routine in which they realize that a relationship is over.

Kanye West "I Am God" [unofficial] (Sequoia B., dir.)

As an artist, there is extreme freedom in creating, even when there is no solicitation to do so. Playing around with Cinemagraphs or Stills in Motion became a very intriging way to bring the human subject to life. All of the images of Kanye West are actual still photographs. Naturally, being a video director, the process kept growing and growing from one edit to the next, and when all was said and done, this is what came to be. *Watch in HD. This is a non-commisioned project.

An American Car Commercial in Dubai

At quick glance this looks like just another car commercial. Except those palm trees behind the basketball court look a bit exotic. And the driver is of Middle Eastern descent, cruising confidentally through Dubai at night to a soundtrack provided by DJ Bliss, a leading hip-hop personality in that part of the world.

So, if you've ever wondered how do they market American cars in the Middle East, this spot provides your answer: A few details change, but the messaging of status and achievement remains nearly the same.

Karl Wolf "Go Your Own Way" (David Zennie, dir.)

David Zennie directed music video of Karl Wolf's (Universal Canada/EMI) modern interpolation of the Fleetwood Mac classic of the same name with stunning visuals of Dubai supported by the power and flawless design of the 650 hp Shelby Cobra Mustang and incredible wardrobe styling from celebrity designger Furne One (Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga).
