The Arcade Fire tease for 9/9/9 is much clearer thanks to director Anton Corbijn's interview with The Daily Beast:

“I’m working on a really great song at the moment: Arcade Fire’s new single. The song is called ‘Reflektor,’ and you’ll be able to see it Monday evening. I can’t say much more than that, because it’s all a surprise."

So, there ya go. Look for "Reflektor" to go live at 9pm (9:30 in Newfoundland) on Monday, September 9.
