NEW RELEASE: Lady Gaga "Just Dance"

Lady GagaLady Gaga When you hear the word "glam" in conjunction with a pop star like Mariah Carey, you know you're in for a high gloss and high price descent into high fashion. Electro-pop (emphasis on pop, really) newcomer Lady Gaga embraces glam in the tradition of David Bowie, but with an extra emphasis on a cool and flamboyant skeeziness. Boasting an Aladdin Sane thunderbolt and a style that's clearly meant to align her more with the likes of Peaches and M.I.A. than any pop singer other than Gwen Stefani, perhaps, Lady Gaga performs amidst a collection of wasted hipsters and oddfellas at a campy house party that's rippling with tawdry sexual energy. There's also a featured performance spot by fellow KonLive signee Colby O'Donis and a cameo by the main KonArtist Akon, but both are overshadowed by Lady Gaga's non-stop vamping that is best represented by some dirty time with an an inflatable killer whale and a couple guys in a kiddie pool.  --> watch "Just Dance"
