"Water Baby" by Tom Misch ft. Loyle Carner, Directed by Georgia Hudson is a picturesque piece with blissful choreography captured on the icy sheets of a frozen lake, featuring Tom Misch's effortlessly cool vocals to match the frigid surroundings.
I thought that Water Baby wanted to be something poetic and subtly surreal that gave time to the lyrics and felt like a good flowing piece of liquid like restraint. The track has a kind of honest simplicity, it also has a proper classic groove to it, so I wanted to go in with some old school, simple, stripped back dancing to match - I saw the video immediately when I heard it, that first shot of a person dancing from a frozen sky, lucidly tripping at moonlight, I’m a sucker for a beautiful image.
Gotta love any video that opens with a disclaimer that no children or animals were harmed during the production of it. The same can't be said, however, for the pile of baked goods that serves as ammunition for a massive food fight that threatens to spiral out of control, even after Harry Styles shows up with some puppies.
What starts as a dark taste of the underground turns into something beyond when our fair maiden descends to leak some gold through a sewer grate. (And yes, that's kind of a fancy way to put what happens there... but, it's a lot more magical than whatever golden shower you might imagine).
Having previously collaborated with incredible results not once, but twice - on Lapalux's 'Without You' music video and Nick's short film Chrysalis in 2013 - Lapalux and Nick Rutter have joined forces once again to create a music video for 'Puzzle' feat. Andreya Triana from Lapalux's second album Lustmore (recently released via Brainfeeder).
Director Ian Pons Jewell sets you up for the kill, literally, in a video where the Absolutely Fabulous actress Joanna Lumley does what it takes to maintain her youth and the spotlight at a truly bizarre nightclub...
Shooting in India was an all consuming exhilarating experience, but not without its challenges. The first things you notice are the heat, the golden light and the smell of a vast city, all of which bowl you over in very different ways. Our intention was to shoot most of the video in inner city Mumbai but the insane traffic put a stop to that idea so we had to search further out. We were granted quite incredible access to a suburb about 2 hours drive from central Mumbai in a region called Uran.

Everything You've Ever Wanted To Know About Sex (Especially If It Involves Bears, Bondage, Blow-Up Dolls and Other Festishes). Think of it like a more modern take of Woody Allen's classic sperm sequence, but with a touch of Sargent Gunnery Hartman.
