Well, that absurdity is now basically a reality — thank you, lovemybubbles.com — and Twerkin' is a household word thanks to Miley Cyrus. But, much like U2 stole that song back from Charlie Manson, Wale is stealing the ass-clap back with some help from Juicy J and Nicki Minaj. The video features lots of booty, but keeps it fun and fairly tame — we're much closer to "Thong Song" than the heart of darkness that is "Tip Drill".
Roc Nation's Bridget Kelly and rap star Kendrick Lamar easily hold this video down, with director Clifton Bell applying the occasional halftone reprographic and multiplicity effect, but otherwise letting them casually do their thing.
