Director Hiro Murai presents a battle that changes the natural into digital in this David Guetta video, shot on-location in Iceland. The clip starts with a presumably scorned, yet clearly naked woman who conjures the power of wolves to wreak revenge on some cutthroat hunters. The attacks take the form of digitalized seismic disturbances that dangerously radiate across the icy landscape. --> watch "She Wolf"
Chances are you don't love your dog as much as the weirdo in this video. Also a good chance your dog isn't an alien. And the random sexy lady with the rabbit who shows up to screw your brains out? That probably doesn't happen either. --> watch "Houseboat Babies"
And if you thought all those fancy trickshots in the new 3OH!3 video "You're Gonna Love This" were all just editing and fx tricks, here's a behind-the-scenes that shows that not only were they real, but that it took many many many takes for the bros to hit all their marks. --> watch "You're Gonna Love This" Behind The Scenes
Decoding the imagery of this dizzying High On Fire video possibly requires one to be high on something or other, althouugh even I was able to make the connection between "Fertile Green" and the thatch of shrubbery that looms so large here. Otherwise, I'll leave it to director Phil Mucci:
The pretty girl at the bar seems like sureshot until the 3Oh!3 dudes start competing for her through a series of ever complex trick shots in and around the Planet Hollywood Vegas hotel. Frisbee, golf, coin-flipping: The guys apparently mastered them all as a behind the scenes (coming soon?) will apparently reveal that everything short of the helicopter dunk (and the "Tom Cruise" cameo) was done for reals. --> watch "You're Gonna Love This"
"Patient" picks up where "Five Seconds" left off, but leads to a diversionary chapter in which Twin Shadow aka George Lewis Jr and gang find themselves in a performance video at a bar that's a mix of True Blood vampire vibes, Devil-era Motley Crue, and Coyote Ugly routines. --> watch "Patient"
If the creepy and mysterious album artwork for The Shins Port Of Morrow caught your imagination, you should love this video. Director Hiro Murai imagines a suburban apocalypse where huge creatures have seemingly dragged all the parents away, but left an interprid boy behind to stir up some trouble. --> watch "It's Only Life"
