Gabrielle "Mer" (Kristoffer Klunk, dir.)

"MER" is inspired by the harsh grasp of consumerism, and how it can make us blind by greed in the pursuit for material goods. The story is set in a post apocalyptic world, where a group of nomads collect the remains of a lost society. But as their collection grows bigger, so does their desire for more. All that glitters is not gold.

Marina and the Diamonds "'I'm a Ruin'" (Markus Lundqvist, dir.)

Shot on the volcanic island of Lanzarote, Director Markus Lundqvist manages to create a desolate yet beautiful world in this video for Marina and the Diamonds new track ‘I’m a Ruin’.

On working with Marina, Lundqvist said, ‘she was wonderful to work with. A real hard worker. We worked for 32 hours straight and she just got stuck right in, even in freezing cold water.’

The track is taken from her third album ‘Froot’ released on Universal. It’ll see one track released every month until April 6 when the album goes on sale.

Take That "These Days" (Henry Scholfield, dir.)

A tricky video boasting lots of in-camera effects that take you from a bed to outerspace and beyond... all without ever leaving the video set.

Henry Schofield, director: "we want it to feel a bit tongue in cheek, a bit unexpected"... So went the conversation at our first meeting and 10 days later I'm trying to keep a straight face as Mr. Barlow and Mr. Owen stroll onto set with ginger permed wigs, with Howard moments later looking like an uber-tanned auditionee for Towie.

Besides their every-take-perfect professionalism and their great ideas... I gotta say, the guys are super down to earth and up for not taking it too seriously. Needless to say it was a brilliant experience working with them.

In one shot we're going from studio, to bed, to cheerleaders, to bathroom to kitchen...etc. Some furrowed brows and maybe a moment to two of "will this work" self doubt, but with a dream team of Katie Dolan as EP, Alicia Farren producing,  Mikey Hollywood on production design, Ashley Wallen killer-chroeographer and Ben Todd keeping an all seeing eye on aesthetic, we felt like an A-Team all ready to Macgyver like put it together.

Tokio Hotel "Girl Got A Gun [NSFW]" (Kris Moyes, dir.)

There's a whole lotta blurring going on in the official version of the new Tokio Hotel video — which is why we're going the uncesored route. Before you clicky click, just know there's nothing all that sexy under the blurs, unless you've got a thing for well-endowed blue monsters that ejaculate ping pong balls. Once you get past that, you're in for a loose revenge tale told via a GIF-friendly style where three alien women strike back at the aforementioned jerk.

Lorde "Team" (Young Replicant, dir.)

The story here is that Lorde had a dream a few months back about teens in charge of their own world, dealing with, in her own words via Facebook, "tests that didn't need to be passed in order to be allowed in: sometimes the person who loses is stronger." So, no Lord Of The Flies violence here; just the current young ruler of music running things her own way: no bling, no product placement [ed: Sorry, Hyundai], no frills. Yeezus' heiress apparent, she is not.

Akon "So Blue" (Robby Starbuck, dir.)

Robby Starbuck direct's the first single from AKON's highly anticipated album 'Stadium' due out within the year on Universal Records. "So Blue" is the resurgance of Akon's well documented status as a bonafide hitmaker. Tommy "Tiny" Lister & Rose Rollins star in the video along side AKON as Starbuck weaves a story of a woman desperate to find a way out from a very dangerous man.
