Libby Burke Wilde at The Blind Club has directed this intimate yet raucous gig by Royal Blood at The Harley in Sheffield, turning a thrilling live show into an excellent promo for Little Monster.
And Libby says the crowd only got more enthusiastic when they became aware the Blind Club - who were returning to their native Yorkshire for the show, having recently moved base from Leeds to London – were filming the show.
"Balance" was one of four music videos we shot over the course of two days for the SXSW2014 bound band, Opus Orange. The original intent was to shoot only one video, but we fell in love with the space so much that we maximized our time there.
During our pre-light for "Balance," we turned around and loved the back light coming through the boarded up slats. Quickly, we grabbed the camera and coordinated playback for another single on the album, "Artifificial Heart." This is what came out: https://vimeo.com/86449231
