BEST MUSIC VIDEOS OF NOVEMBER 2014

Mr. Oizo "HAM" (Eric Wareheim, dir.)

John C. Reilly (and friend) will go to great lengths in order to get a stuffed Flat Eric doll. As happens with hot toys, it's a difficult quest, filled with competition and great violence.

Let this be a reminder to do your shopping from the safety of your home on Cyber Monday, or to but the new Jash On-Demand Rubberhead special, which features this clip and lots of other weirdness.

Aquilo "I Gave It All" (Eoin Glaister, dir.)

Eoin poetically presents the struggles of young love for Aquilo's debut song. This is a two-part video for the band.

From Eoin: My interpretation of the song tells a coming-of-age story about the loss of innocence. How things could have been different if the lead protagonist had pursued a relationship with her best friend instead of his older, cooler brother, and her coming to terms with this.

Cast: Madeline Duggan, Tom Cawte, Lewis Vernon

Casting Dir: Anna Kennedy Casting (Thanks to Anna and Rachel)

Kitchen Hips "One Tulip Threelip Four & Longer" (Stumble on Tapes, dir.)

Kitchen Hips took us to the Hollywood Reservoir for a fun afternoon adventure. We got lost in the hills, got kicked out by security, and saw a poor u-haul get stuck on the side of the road. It was perfect. And ridiculously beautiful, their voices mesh so perfectly together and come on - that whistle!

We highly recommend their new record: Recordings from Shotpouch Creek.

Jack Ü f/ Skrillex, Diplo & Kiesza "Take Ü There" (Kyle dePinna, Dillon Moore, Daniel Streit, dir.)

Don't get tricked into thinking this is just another run-of-the-mill live festival video — which is unlikely, if you're aware that Jack Ü is the umlaut-empowered EDM tag team of Skrillex and Diplo. Anarchy soon reigns with animated bursts of madness and even a short BTS moment that would earn its place on any blooper reel.
